Real candidate flood signals (GDACS/GDELT/RSS/…, `aqualens-sources snapshot`) built by aqualens-flood event-candidates — nothing here is invented. For each candidate, look at the source text and before/after Sentinel-2 imagery (if pulled via aqualens-flood event-imagery) and decide: did a flood actually happen here? Correct the date if the source's is approximate. Click Confirmed flood or Not a flood for each, then download labels.json and feed it back in: aqualens-flood export-event-labels --labels labels.json — your verdicts become real, dated ground truth in the fusion calibration corpus (this is the concrete unblock for MLF-06's new-city expansion, which cannot be built from a guess).
